Great to meet you!

If you’re looking for thoughtful, effective care in a space where you can feel supported and understood, I specialize in helping clients navigate life’s challenges with compassion and clarity. I know it can be difficult to reach out for help, so I work to create an environment where you can feel comfortable, respected, and free to show up as you are. I work with clients in Vermont and Arizona and believe therapy should feel collaborative, grounded, and focused on what matters most to you. I offer service to both English and Spanish speaking clients!

My approach to therapy

I offer psychosomatic treatment for approach-based mental health issues and trauma. I specialize in couples therapy and focus on helping the military and veterans with mental health and psychological issues. My approach to therapy is warm, client-centered, and rooted in building a strong, trusting relationship. I meet clients where they are and tailor the work to their individual needs, goals, and experiences. Together, we explore patterns, emotions, and challenges with honesty and care, while also building practical tools that support growth, healing, and lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions with greater clarity, deeper self-awareness, and tools they can use in everyday life. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, more confident in yourself, and better equipped to handle stress, relationships, and personal challenges. Over time, I hope our work helps you build resilience, make meaningful progress, and create positive change that feels sustainable.
