Great to meet you!

My passion is creating a space of authenticity that is non-judgmental, and LGBTQ+ affirming. Together we will explore our true selves to help us develop more meaningful connections with others. Our sessions will offer an atmosphere that is warm and empathic, whilst being polyamory-affirmative, kink aware, and sex positive.

My approach to therapy

My approach with clients is that of a collaborative effort. I believe that we are our own greatest experts of ourselves, and I seek not to direct, but to support on a journey of self-reflection. My authenticity within our space will allow room for you to grow and have space for your authentic self.

What you can expect from me

From our sessions we will reflect on what the goals are for coming to session, and offer solutions-based, and client-centered treatment plans. Our sessions will empower you to identify and make the changes needed to not only achieve our goals, but lead a healthier lifestyle of self-compassion, and authenticity in our connections with others and support systems.
