I am a Licensed Professional Therapist based in Texas. My experience comes from providing counseling direct mental health and behavioral counseling across all ages, ranging kids in foster home, adolescents and adults both behind the bar and in outpatient clinic. My Clients are with various disturbing issues which include and not limited to anxiety, depression, relationship and family issues, trauma, PTSD, resurfacing adverse childhood experience (ACE) trauma, physical/sexual abuses.

Due to my personal experience in racial and cultural conflicts, I approach the therapeutic alliance with positive regard and respect to multi-cultural variables. I have open minded approach to all ages and background has given an edge in offering therapies to individuals and families.

My experience in criminal justice and outpatient clinic has informs the need for social justice and advocacy, hence I approach therapeutic alliance with compassion and respect.

I believe that therapy is not one-size-fits-all affair, hence I approach every therapy differently drawing from known and proven therapeutic frameworks such Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Gestalt, Client-centered approach, mindfulness and other frameworks as the case requires.
