Great to meet you!

Graduating from Tougaloo College with a degree in Psychology and a degree in Sociology, I pursued a Masters in Counseling Psychology. After receiving that degree in July 2023, I started working for Pine Grove Behavioral Health and Addiction Services completing intake assessments for adults and children seeking inpatient/outpatient treatment in August 2023. Six months after working within the intake assessment role, I transitioned to Pine Grove’s Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). In this role, I work primarily with a substance abuse population completing group, individual and family therapy sessions. I have worked in this role since February 2024 and absolutely love the work that I do with my current clients. I received my licensure in September 2025 after completing two years of supervision.

My approach to therapy

I use an eclectic approach when working with my clients. With utilizing different techniques from CBT, DBT & client centered therapies, my goal is to create a treatment plan that works best for the client. However, CBT is the primary theoretical approach I use.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to build a rapport with me and discuss possible goals for therapy.
