Great to meet you!

Hello, I'm Frankie from the San Francisco Bay Area, which is where I attended UC Berkeley and San Francisco State University. I've been a therapist and social worker for decades, working with a vast cross-section of society. My experience includes working with families impacted by domestic violence, drugs, mental illness, and child abuse.

I specialize in the areas of domestic violence, sex and sexuality, trauma, and people of color/women concerns.

My approach to therapy

Though we share many similarities, each person is unique. Exploring and appreciating what makes us special can boost self-esteem, which can improve life in many ways.

Knowing the emotional, financial, and community resources available is one of the first steps to feeling more empowered to make changes. Learning to be kind and encouraging to ourselves improves empathy for ourselves and others.

What you can expect from me

My goal as a therapist is to help people make the most of their lives, despite obstacles. Happiness is often created within, by being honest and authentic about what we want and need. I want to help you find and strengthen your ability to identify and work towards personal goals.
