Struggling with self-esteem or facing a life transition that feels overwhelming? You don't have to face these struggles alone. We can work together to ease the pain of overwhelm and turmoil.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I’m here to offer a safe, compassionate, and supportive space for therapy to build skills with Dialectical Behavior (DBT) and Cognitive Behavior (CBT). With a focus on understanding, acceptance, and empathy, I work with individuals who are navigating their emotions, behavior issues, relationship conflicts, self-esteem issues, and adjusting to life.
