Great to meet you!

Seeking support can feel like a big step, and my goal is to make that process feel as comfortable and approachable as possible. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, self-esteem concerns, major life transitions, and other emotional challenges.

With experience in crisis intervention and mental health counseling, I offer a genuine, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard and supported. My approach is compassionate and direct when needed, with a focus on helping you better understand what you’re experiencing, build practical coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change. Together, we’ll build on your strengths and work toward greater healing, confidence, and resilience.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy works best when it feels like a genuine partnership. My approach is collaborative, supportive, and tailored to your unique needs, experiences, and goals. I draw from evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Solution-Focused Therapy, and trauma-informed care to help you gain greater insight, strengthen coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change.

Together, we’ll build on your strengths, explore the challenges that brought you to therapy, and identify practical steps that help you feel more confident and empowered moving forward.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other in a comfortable, judgment-free space. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, explore what you hope to work on, and begin discussing your history and experiences at a pace that feels right for you.

By the end of the session, my goal is for you to have a clearer sense of what therapy with me may look like and how we can work together toward your goals. From there, we’ll begin creating a plan that feels realistic, supportive, and focused on meaningful growth and change.
