Great to meet you!

Hello, I’m Franklin Ewoukap, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC. I believe everyone deserves compassionate, respectful, and evidence-based mental health care. I work with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, PTSD, substance use disorders, and other mental health concerns. My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where we work together to help you feel better, build resilience, and improve your quality of life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, personalized, and patient-centered. I take time to understand your story, concerns, and goals before creating an individualized treatment plan that may include medication management, education, and healthy lifestyle strategies. I believe in open communication and shared decision-making so you feel informed and involved throughout your treatment. My focus is on helping you achieve lasting wellness, not just symptom relief.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other and discuss what brought you to treatment. I’ll ask about your symptoms, medical and mental health history, lifestyle, and goals so I can gain a complete understanding of your needs. Together, we’ll develop a personalized treatment plan that may include medication management, education, and practical strategies to support your mental wellness. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and judgment-free environment where you feel heard, respected, and empowered to take the next steps in your recovery.
