Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) providing compassionate, evidence-based care for individuals experiencing ADHD, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and related concerns.

I work with adolescents and adults and focus on medication management while also incorporating supportive therapy when appropriate. My goal is to create a comfortable, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and actively involved in their care.

I strive to make mental health care approachable and collaborative, helping clients better understand their symptoms and treatment options so they can feel more in control of their well-being.

My approach to therapy

My approach is patient-centered, collaborative, and goal-oriented. I believe in working closely with each client to develop an individualized treatment plan that aligns with their needs, preferences, and lifestyle.

I focus on medication management while also incorporating brief therapeutic support, education, and coping strategies. I take time to explain diagnoses, treatment options, and potential side effects so clients can make informed decisions about their care.

I emphasize consistency, open communication, and gradual progress, with the goal of improving daily functioning, emotional balance, and overall quality of life

What you can expect from me

During the first session, we will complete a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation. This includes discussing your current concerns, symptoms, medical and mental health history, and any previous treatments.

My goal is to fully understand your experience and what you are hoping to achieve. Together, we will begin to develop a personalized treatment plan, which may include medication options, lifestyle recommendations, and follow-up care.

You can expect a supportive, respectful environment where you can speak openly and ask questions. By the end of the session, you will have a clearer understanding of next steps and a plan moving forward.
