I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker from Brooklyn, NY. I received my graduate degree from Columbia University School of Social Work. I focus my work on supporting individuals in gaining spiritual, emotional, and psychological wellness. I utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness Meditation, and Narrative Therapy, to facilitate personal transformation and generational healing.
