Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Fray (like French fry), a bilingual (Spanish/English) therapist dedicated to helping others manage unexpected challenges in their lives. As a child, I watched my mother experience “ataque de nervios” (“attack of the nerves”) but she did not understand her experience. In witnessing these events, I knew from an early age that I wanted a career where I could better understand what she was going through and support others through similar challenges they may not fully understand.

My approach to therapy

Clients are the experts in their lives!! I work well with clients who experience a wide range of symptoms, and work together to set goals, strengthen the therapeutic relationship, and create change. The therapeutic connection is just as important as having expertise and skill to address unhelpful behaviors. I offer complimentary 15-minute consultations to assess if I am the right fit for individuals seeking care. Go ahead, take Step One, give me a call and lets chat.

What you can expect from me

I’m often described as an outgoing, friendly, and love to use laughter to connect. During first sessions, I like to make sure you feel at ease while learning more about what brings you to therapy. Then we work together to set your goals and discuss what therapy will look like after the first session. Feel free to book a 15 minute consultation and we can discuss this in detail.
