Great to meet you!

Dr. Fred Scott, is a co-owner and a dedicated provider at our practice. Dr. Scott is a Virginia Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a deep commitment to fostering mental well-being. He holds a Ph.D. in Counseling & Psychological Studies from Regent University, complementing his Master's degree in Marriage, Couples & Family Counseling and Bachelor's degree in Psychology.

My approach to therapy

Dr. Scott is passionate about offering a warm, supportive space where individuals, couples, and families can navigate challenges and work towards positive change. He looks forward to welcoming you and supporting you on your path to wellness.

What you can expect from me

I always start with an introductory session, where you’ll have the opportunity to share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. We’ll work together to figure this out! I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment that allows you to feel comfortable sharing and being vulnerable, while also feeling secure. From there, we’ll work together in the sessions that follow to make these goals a reality for you.
