Great to meet you!

Life has a way of handing us loss, illness, or relationship struggles all at once, and feeling like you have to carry it by yourself makes it so much heavier. I work with individuals, couples, and families moving through some of life's hardest moments, including anxiety, depression, grief, long term illness, and major life transitions. I also support people and families coping with chronic illness, because those seasons can feel isolating and I want you to know you do not have to face them alone. I bring a deep respect for each person's emotional and spiritual life, so you are met as a whole person, not just a diagnosis.

My approach to therapy

In our work together, we focus on helping you feel more emotionally clear, more hopeful, and more like yourself again, even in the middle of a hard season. I spend a lot of my time with couples and partners, helping rebuild trust, restore real communication, and reconnect after things have grown distant or strained. We also look at how your past experiences are shaping your choices and emotions today, so old pain can turn into insight rather than something you keep carrying on repeat. People tend to do well with me when they are ready to be honest about where they are and open to looking at their story with curiosity instead of judgment.

What you can expect from me

Your first session with me is really about being met where you are. We will talk through what brought you in, whether that is anxiety, grief, a relationship in crisis, or questions about who you are and what you want your life to look like, and start mapping out what moving forward could feel like for you. There is no judgment here, only space to be honest. If any part of this feels like your story, I would love for you to reach out and see if we are a good fit.
