Great to meet you!

If you’re the one who “has it together” on the outside but feels anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck underneath it all, you’re in the right place.

I work primarily with women navigating complex trauma and PTSD, especially those who grew up around emotional immaturity, unpredictability, or high expectations. Many of my clients are insightful and self-aware. They’ve done a lot of thinking about their patterns. They just don’t want to stay stuck in them anymore.

I’m warm, direct, and very real in session. I won’t just nod while you analyze your childhood for the hundredth time. We’ll slow down, get curious, and work at the roots.

My approach to therapy

I don’t practice traditional talk therapy alone — most of my clients are looking for something deeper than coping skills and weekly venting.

EMDR is central to my work. It helps your nervous system process what happened so you’re not just understanding your trauma intellectually, but actually resolving it. When appropriate, I also integrate parts work (IFS-informed) and somatic approaches to help with perfectionism, people-pleasing, and that relentless inner critic.

This is therapy for women who are ready to move beyond survival mode. We focus on lasting shifts — not just managing symptoms, but changing the patterns that keep showing up in your relationships and self-worth.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is about understanding your story — not just what happened, but how it shaped the roles you had to play to survive.

We’ll talk about:

  • The patterns that feel hard to break
  • How trauma may still be living in your nervous system
  • What you want to feel different in your life and relationships

From there, we’ll create a plan that moves beyond symptom management and toward meaningful, lasting change.

You don’t have to keep being the strong one. You don’t have to heal everyone else first. Therapy can be deep, effective, and human — and you don’t have to do it alone.
