Great to meet you!

I’m a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who works with clients struggling with ADHD, anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, mood disorders, psychotic disorders, sleep concerns, and substance use. My background includes outpatient psychiatry, emergency and ICU nursing, military medicine as a Navy Hospital Corpsman, and clinical teaching. I try to bring a calm, practical, and down-to-earth style to care so clients feel comfortable talking openly about what they’re going through.

My approach to therapy

I believe mental health care should be collaborative, realistic, and personalized. I use evidence-based medication management while also looking at the bigger picture, including sleep, exercise, nutrition, stress, relationships, and daily routines. My goal is to help clients feel better, function better, and understand the “why” behind their treatment plan.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get a full picture of what’s been going on and what you want help with. We’ll review your symptoms, history, medications, goals, and any concerns you have about treatment. You can expect a supportive, nonjudgmental conversation and a clear plan for what comes next.
