Great to meet you!

Are you feeling depressed or anxious about your current life situation? Do you wonder if you can build a meaningful life, a life worth living? Are you grieving the loss of someone you love, or the loss of something you hoped to achieve? Are you in the middle of a life transition such as graduation, retirement, becoming a parent, or changing professions? I help people in these situations get in touch with what they really want so they can move forward with confidence.

My approach to therapy

I have been working in this field for 15 years after a career in university teaching and in business. While I will use techniques from Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, and Existential Therapy, my main focus is to help clients connect with their inner life so that they can live an authentic meaningful life.

What you can expect from me

I believe therapy is a collaborative process. If you are willing to open yourself up to the possibilities that are inherent in you, I would love to work with you. True change takes courage, and I will support you in your quest for hope and healing.
