I am a spirit-filled counselor passionate about working with adolescents, individuals, couples, and families. I use evidence-based interventions coupled with biblical principles. My academic achievements are enhanced with 32 years of marriage, over 25 years of ministry, and 12 years of clinical expertise. My clients describe me as easy to work with, knowledgeable, experienced, relevant, and passionate about helping people. I am an ordained minister (Bishop), dually licensed as a professional counselor and marital and family therapist. I'm able to blend interventions to meet the needs of the total person, mind, body, soul, and spirit. Counseling is more than a career for me. It is my call to sit with people in difficult places and help to restore the beauty in life.

I approach therapy as a lateral person, helping to support and empower clients to achieve their treatment plan goals and objectives.

In the first session, it's all about relationship building. You should feel comfortable with the person who will help you navigate the challenges you are seeking to overcome. I will always remind you that you are in the driver's seat and you choose the destination. My job is to help you get there by providing access to tools that will enhance your overall well-being. You will be treated with the utmost care, dignity, and respect.
