Great to meet you!

If you've ever felt like your brain works a little differently — constantly moving, questioning, or feeling things more deeply than you know what to do with — you're not alone, and you're in the right place. I work with children, teenagers, and young adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, and the pressures that come with just trying to figure life out. Many of my clients arrive feeling overwhelmed, misunderstood, or stuck in cycles of self-doubt and exhaustion. Whatever brings you here, I want you to know that what you're experiencing makes sense — and things really can get better.

My approach to therapy

I take a strengths-based, collaborative approach to therapy. I believe real progress happens in a space where you feel genuinely safe to say the hard things — in whatever language feels most natural to you. I offer sessions in both English and Spanish, and I draw from evidence-based frameworks to help young people understand their patterns, build concrete coping tools, and reconnect with the parts of themselves that stress and struggle have made it hard to see. Whether we're working through school pressures, family dynamics, identity questions, or more complex mental health concerns, I meet you where you are.

What you can expect from me

Therapy with me is a real conversation — warm, honest, and centered on you. I believe in going at your pace, celebrating small progress, and giving you tools that actually work in everyday life. If you've been thinking about reaching out, I'd be honored to take that first step with you.
