My name is Fritzie Fernandez-Craft and I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a trauma-informed, compassionate approach to helping adolescents and adults heal and thrive. Whether you’re facing anxiety, depression, trauma, bipolar, ADHD, grief, or life transitions, I provide a supportive space to explore what you’re experiencing and build tools for lasting change.

With over 10 years of experience, I specialize in various forms of trauma and mood disorders. I offer care that is respectful, inclusive, and personalized to your values and goals. I work with people from all walks of life and affirm diverse identities. My training in EMDR, CBT, DBT, TF-CBT, and CAMS allows me to tailor sessions to meet your unique needs.
