Great to meet you!

I would like to invite you on a journey of healing and self-discovery, where you'll uncover your strengths and experience both solace and empowerment. With over 15 years of professional experience in the San Francisco Bay area, I have been a compassionate guide for individuals and couples across diverse age groups, from children to seniors.

My approach to therapy

My approach is strength-based, mindfulness-based, and trauma-informed. I believe in the inherent strengths within each client and collaborate with them to identify and harness these strengths to live fully enriched lives.

I truly enjoy collaborating with my clients to identify/discover their strengths so they can utilize them fully. I have always been very good at finding beauty and strengths in others since I was a child, and I believe counseling and coaching is my calling.

What you can expect from me

I am particularly passionate about supporting family caregivers and parents navigating the unique challenges of children with learning and developmental differences such as ADHD, Dyslexia, and Autism. I have facilitated family caregiver support groups for a decade and led multiple grief groups. I have also assisted numerous students and families in navigating school systems, including 504 plans and Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
