Great to meet you!

I understand that reaching out for mental health support can be a big step, and finding a provider you feel comfortable with matters. My goal is to create a warm, compassionate, and judgment-free space where you feel heard, respected, and supported.

As a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I provide personalized, evidence-based care for adults experiencing concerns such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, trauma-related symptoms, and other mental health challenges. I take time to listen and understand your unique experiences rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach.

Treatment may include medication management, supportive therapy, and cognitive-behavioral strategies tailored to your individual needs and goals. I believe the best outcomes come from working together, so you will be an active partner in decisions about your care.

Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, struggling to stay focused, experiencing changes in your mood, or simply ready to feel more like yourself again, I am here to support you in taking meaningful steps toward greater stability, confidence, and emotional well-being.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is compassionate, collaborative, and personalized. I believe every person deserves to feel heard, understood, and respected throughout their mental health journey. I take the time to understand not only your symptoms, but also your experiences, concerns, strengths, and personal goals.

Together, we will develop an individualized treatment plan that may include evidence-based medication management, supportive therapy, cognitive-behavioral strategies, lifestyle recommendations, and practical coping skills. I believe in shared decision-making, which means you will have a voice in your treatment and a clear understanding of your options.

My goal is to create a safe, welcoming, and judgment-free environment where you can speak openly and feel comfortable asking questions. Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood changes, trauma, or life stressors, I will work alongside you to help you achieve greater emotional balance, improved functioning, and a better quality of life.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is about more than reviewing symptoms—it is an opportunity for you to feel heard, understood, and supported. I provide a warm, compassionate, and judgment-free environment where you can comfortably share what you have been experiencing and what you hope to achieve through treatment.

We will take time to discuss your concerns, symptoms, medical and mental health history, current medications, lifestyle, challenges, strengths, and personal goals. You will also have the opportunity to ask questions and discuss any concerns you may have about treatment.

Together, we will create a personalized, evidence-based treatment plan that may include medication management, supportive therapy, practical coping strategies, and lifestyle recommendations. I believe in shared decision-making, so your preferences and comfort are always an important part of your care.

Most importantly, I want you to leave your first session feeling heard, respected, hopeful, and confident that you have a supportive partner in your journey toward improved mental health and overall well-being.
