Great to meet you!

Hi! My name is Cross. I'm a therapist and mental health counselor. I have worked as a psychotherapist, program director and clinical supervisor, as well as a developer of equity trainings for human service agencies across New England. I have degrees in mental health counseling and rehabilitation counseling, and I specialize in working with neurodiverse clients, clients who have experienced complex trauma, clients with disabilities, and members of the LGBTQIA+ community.

My approach to therapy

Through compassionate listening, constructive problem-solving (and a bit of challenging!), I hope to create a therapeutic relationship built on trust and mutual respect. Whether you're navigating life transitions, seeking clarity and direction, or simply longing for a deeper connection with yourself, I am here to help. I try to tie therapy directly to your needs, and often use non-Western, expressive and transpersonal healing methods in my work with clients.

What you can expect from me

My commitment to healing extends beyond traditional therapy sessions. I believe in empowering individuals to cultivate a balanced and fulfilling life, not only in terms of mental and emotional well-being but also physical, social, and spiritual harmony.
