Great to meet you!

My name is G and I am a trans, nonbinary licensed mental health counselor. I have been working in the mental health field for over 3 years now. I love the work I do because I get ride along side of where your journey is taking you and see the growth and change and recover, whatever that looks like to you. No one has it all figured out and just looking shows courage and strength. I have worked alongside people who struggle with trauma, depression, anxiety, as well as substance use.

My approach to therapy

The foundation of my practice is building a strong base of trust and the relationship between me and my clients. I will meet you where you're at and we will discuss the "why" of the symptoms, not just "what" they are or "how to fix them."

What you can expect from me

For the first session, I want to get to know you and your story, who you are and where you came from. Nothing is too little or to insignificant, I want to know about goals, your hobbies, your pets, your best friend. I want to know what you want out of therapy and what you want to do. I want to create an environment where you feel safe and heard.
