Great to meet you!

Dr. Gabriella “Gabby” Ochoa Del Gaudio, PsyD is a licensed Clinical Psychologist who specializes in helping individuals heal from trauma, anxiety, grief, and chronic stress. She offers a compassionate, trauma-informed approach that integrates evidence-based psychology with a holistic understanding of the mind–body connection.

Dr. Gabby creates a safe and supportive space where clients can explore difficult experiences, develop emotional resilience, and reconnect with a sense of inner balance and purpose. Her work focuses on helping individuals process unresolved trauma, regulate overwhelming emotions, and build healthier patterns in their relationships and daily lives. Grounded in both clinical expertise and a deep respect for each person’s healing journey, Dr. Gabby approaches therapy with warmth, insight, and genuine care. In addition to her clinical work, she is also a respected trainer who supports other mental health professionals in developing trauma-informed practices.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is holistic, collaborative, and deeply trauma-informed. I believe that true healing occurs when we address not only thoughts and behaviors, but also the impact that life experiences have on the nervous system, body, and emotional world.

In our work together, I create a safe and supportive environment where clients feel seen, heard, and respected. Healing from trauma and anxiety requires patience and compassion, and I honor each client’s unique pace while helping them develop greater self-awareness, resilience, and emotional regulation.

I integrate evidence-based therapeutic approaches with mind–body practices such as mindfulness, meditation, and breathwork to support nervous system regulation and deeper healing. I also consider the role that lifestyle, stress, and overall wellness play in mental health, helping clients build sustainable practices that support long-term emotional well-being.

Therapy with me is a collaborative process focused on empowerment—helping clients reconnect with their inner strengths, process difficult experiences, and move toward a more balanced and fulfilling life.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to create a supportive, safe, and non-judgmental environment where clients feel heard, valued, and understood. I work collaboratively with each person to develop a personalized treatment plan that addresses emotional, mental, and physical well-being.

I believe lasting healing occurs when we support the whole person, so our work may include strategies that strengthen emotional resilience, regulate the nervous system, and promote sustainable wellness practices. For clients who desire it, I also honor the role that spirituality and faith communities can play as meaningful sources of support and connection throughout the healing process.
