Stress doesn’t always stay in your thoughts. Sometimes it shows up in your body. You might notice constant tension, headaches, fatigue, or a feeling of being on edge that doesn’t fully go away. Other times, it’s overthinking, replaying conversations, or trying to figure things out logically but still feeling stuck. I work with teens and adults who are dealing with anxiety, low mood, ADHD, and the impact of past experiences that continue to show up both mentally and physically.
