Great to meet you!

I am a dual board-certified Family Psychiatric and Adult Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner with advanced training in both mental health and primary care. My background allows me to take a comprehensive and holistic approach to treatment, recognizing the strong connection between physical health and emotional well-being.

I provide a professional, confidential, and supportive environment where clients feel safe discussing their concerns. I work with individuals experiencing a wide range of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, relationship challenges, and other mood and behavioral disorders. My goal is to provide thorough, individualized care that addresses the whole person, not just symptoms.

My approach to therapy

My approach is holistic, collaborative, and down to earth. I believe in meeting clients where they are and creating a space that feels comfortable and nonjudgmental. I take time to listen carefully and ensure that clients feel heard and understood.

I combine clinical expertise with a practical, straightforward style. Treatment plans are personalized and may include medication management, supportive therapy, lifestyle considerations, and coordination of care when needed. I value collaboration and encourage clients to take an active role in their treatment decisions so we can work together toward meaningful and sustainable progress.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, clients can expect a thorough and thoughtful evaluation. We will discuss current concerns, past history, goals for treatment, and any questions they may have. I focus on creating a safe and respectful environment where clients feel comfortable sharing openly.

By the end of the session, we will typically identify clear next steps, which may include a diagnosis (if appropriate), a treatment plan, and agreed-upon goals. My priority is that clients leave feeling heard, supported, and confident about the path forward.
