Great to meet you!

My experiences as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCSW, and Registered Nurse, RN enable me to incorporate and blend my nursing and LCSW degrees in the treatment approaches I set up with the clients under my care.I have worked in areas of grief, depression, addiction, PTSD and people grappling with their sexual identity and gender.

My approach to therapy

I am comfortable and skilled working with a Behavioral Modification approach identifying specific behaviors, issues you are trying to stop or change. I am, skilled engaging in mind/body wellness techniques, Crisis Intervention and Existential Therapies if you’re looking to address issues of trauma, isolation, anxiety, or finding yourself in an unhealthy relationship. No two people are alike, and each individual will respond to a various combination of different types of care.

What you can expect from me

By providing a safe and nonjudgmental space, one where all things can be considered and explored based on clients’ needs and wishes; sets the foundation for success. By offering tasks for clients to complete between sessions, I always encourage mindfulness with some mind/body work to assist clients in finding tools that they can use to combat depression, anxiety, PTSD and grief even after the client has achieved their goals thru counseling.
