Great to meet you!

I believe we all carry an inbuilt capacity to rebalance and heal — therapy's role is to help bring that capacity forward. I work with anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, self-esteem, codependency, substance use, and trauma/PTSD, and I meet each client as a collaborative partner, not an authority handing down answers. My approach draws on somatic awareness, spirituality, and practical coping skills, so the work can engage both what's happening in the body and what's happening in the mind.

My approach to therapy

I take an integrative approach that combines somatic, emotion-focused, cognitive, and behavioral principles — rather than applying one method to every client, I draw on whichever combination best fits what you're working through. Sessions are collaborative and supportive: together we look for patterns and beliefs that keep you stuck, and build toward solutions that bring more fulfillment and purpose to your life, whether that means navigating a difficult transition, changing how you relate to yourself and others, or healing past experiences still affecting you today.

What you can expect from me

Expect an unhurried, collaborative conversation where I listen for what's bringing you in — whether that's anxiety, a major life transition, grief, or patterns you want to change — and begin understanding your history and goals without judgment. We'll start identifying what "more fulfillment and purpose" would look like for you, and talk through how an integrative approach (somatic, emotional, cognitive, behavioral) might apply to your specific situation, so you leave with a sense of direction for the work ahead.
