Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Creative Arts Therapist and Board-Certified Music Therapist with over 17 years of experience. I support individuals from all walks of life, grounded in a feminist Latina perspective, I honor diverse narratives and testimonios as pathways to healing and wholeness for the body, mind, and spirit. My work is centered in cultural-relational and psychodynamic processes, integrating tools such as indigenous, spiritual, and mindfulness practices. Combining reflective dialogue with vibrational, musical, and creative elements, I foster a collaborative process tailored to your unique needs and goals. As a dedicated advocate for equity and justice, I seek to create spaces that empower, inspire, and transform.

My approach to therapy

My approach is integrative and collaborative drawing from humanistic and psychodynamic principles, music therapy, mindfulness, and cultural-relational frameworks. I believe healing happens through connection: to self, to others, and to one's cultural and spiritual roots. I offer reflective dialogue alongside creative, vibrational, and somatic tools that invite deeper self-awareness. I also draw from Indigenous and spiritual practices that support grounding, presence and inner wisdom.

What you can expect from me

You can expect to leave sessions with a deeper understanding of yourself, greater emotional clarity, and tools for navigating life with authenticity and intention. Whether we are processing past experiences, exploring identity, or working through present-day challenges, our work together will be guided by your needs and shaped by mutual respect, curiosity, and care. My hope is that you walk away feeling more connected to your voice, your body, your truth, and your capacity for healing and growth.
