Great to meet you!

I became a therapist because I truly believe in the power of being heard and supported during life’s hardest moments. I have a Master’s in Social Work and years of experience helping adults and teens manage anxiety, stress, trauma, and big life changes. I especially enjoy working with people who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of themselves—and helping them find clarity and confidence again.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and practical. I focus on creating a safe space where you can be yourself, explore what’s going on, and work toward real, meaningful change. I use evidence-based tools like CBT and mindfulness, always tailoring the process to fit your unique needs and goals.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to feel heard, supported, and more in control of their thoughts and emotions. Together, we’ll build tools to manage stress, set healthy boundaries, and navigate life’s challenges with more clarity and confidence. Over time, many clients notice a stronger sense of self and a greater ability to handle what comes their way.
