Great to meet you!

I am a licensed therapy who works with adults navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, and life transitions. I bring a thoughtful, compassionate approach to therapy and prioritize creating a space where clients feel safe, understood, and supported. I believe therapy should feel collaborative and human—not rushed or judgmental. My goal is to help you feel more connected to yourself while building insight and tools that support meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and client-centered. I use Cognitive behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and Trauma-focused therapy to help you understand patterns, process experiences, and build tools that support emotional balance and self-trust. I believe therapy works best when it feel safe, supportive, and tailored to your unique needs. We move at a pace that feels comfortable, with an emphasis on curiosity, compassion, and practical growth.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a relaxed, welcoming space where you can begin sharing what brough you to therapy—without pressure to have everything figured out. We'll talk about your concerns, what you're hoping for, and what support might look like for you. My priority is helping you feel comfortable, heard, and supported. Together, we'll begin identifying goals and next steps that feel realistic and empowering.
