Great to meet you!

I am a proud first-generation Latina. Outside of the therapy room, I’m a daughter, sister, wife, dog mom of four, and a proud new mom to a baby girl. Spending time with loved ones helps recharge my emotional battery. I enjoy cooking, journaling, listening to music, and unwinding with reality TV. I believe our shared humanity matters in therapy, and I strive to bring warmth, authenticity, and compassion into every session.

My approach to therapy

My clinical approach is person-centered and humanistic. I view people not as problems to be solved, but as individuals shaped by meaningful life experiences. In our work together, I focus on creating a space where you feel seen, understood, and accepted. I believe that meaningful change often happens when, within a safe therapeutic relationship, we begin to move from rigid self-perceptions toward a more flexible, compassionate, and self-accepting understanding of ourselves.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, and finding the right therapist matters. I believe one of the most powerful parts of therapy is the relationship itself. My motivation as a clinician comes from the honor of creating a safe and trusting space where you feel supported in exploring your experiences, your challenges, and your strengths. My hope is to walk alongside you as you move toward healing and living a life that feels more aligned with your authentic self.
