Great to meet you!
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works with individuals, couples, and families who want a deeper understanding of themselves and their relationships. Many people come to therapy because something in their lives or relationships isn’t working the way they want it to, whether that’s ongoing conflict, feeling stuck in certain patterns, burnout, or simply a sense that something could feel better.
A lot of the clients I work with are interested in understanding their own interpersonal dynamics. They may want to explore how they show up in relationships, why certain conflicts repeat, why boundaries can feel difficult, or why they find themselves reacting in ways they don’t fully understand. Therapy can be a space to slow down, reflect, and gain insight into these patterns so that you can relate to yourself and others in ways that feel more intentional and fulfilling.
My approach is relational and insight-oriented, informed by psychodynamic thinking. I believe that when we better understand our emotions, past experiences, and relational patterns, we can create meaningful and lasting change. I aim to provide a thoughtful, collaborative space where you can explore what’s coming up for you, develop greater self-awareness, and work toward healthier relationships and a greater sense of clarity and balance in your life.
