Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor who has worked with children, teens, adults, and families in community mental health, crisis services, and outpatient therapy. I’m bilingual in English and Spanish, and I focus on creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard and respected. My style is warm, patient, and collaborative.

My approach to therapy

I use a client‐centered and trauma‐informed approach. I pull from different evidence‐based practices—such as CBT, mindfulness, and strengths‐based work—depending on what each person needs. I believe therapy works best when we work together at your pace, focusing on understanding your experiences and building helpful coping skills.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll talk about what brings you to therapy and what you hope to work on. I’ll ask some questions to get to know you better, but you can share only what feels comfortable. We’ll discuss your goals and what therapy might look like moving forward. My goal is to help you feel safe, supported, and understood from the start.
