Great to meet you!

I work with individuals navigating work stress, hostile and toxic work environments, burnout, and the dynamics. Whether you're a dealing bullying, chronic conflict, unrealistic expectations, or the exhaustion of feeling undervalued and unsafe at work. I provide a supportive, non judgmental space process to process what you're going through. Together, we'll focus on rebuilding your confidence, setting health boundaries, managing anxiety and overwhelm and exploring effective and adaptive coping skills. My approach is compassionate, practical, and tailored to help you feel grounded, resilient and in control again. I also work with children, adolescents, adults, and families who are navigating complex and often overlapping challenges. This may include mental health concerns alongside substance use, legal stressors, major life changes, or family transitions.

In summary, I specialized in helping people to:

  • navigate hostile work environments
  • support parents and caregivers with psychoeducation and practical tools to address concerning behaviors/challenges
  • help families and individuals adjust to changes related to traumatic brain injury
  • work with individuals experiencing anxiety, identity exploration, or dysphoria.
  • support children and families involved with dependency, custody, or welfare systems.
  • I also have experience working with children in military families and understand the unique stressors that can come with that environment, in addition to military service members that wishes to have their confidentiality preserved while dealing with the Military culture, in addition to contractors experiencing hostility in their work environment.

My approach to therapy

I take a cognitive-behavioral approach to therapy and have been providing assessment and treatment since 2012. In practical terms, this means we focus on how thoughts, emotions, and behaviors interact, and how making small, intentional changes can lead to meaningful improvement.

While cognitive behavioral therapy is the foundation of my work, I also incorporate solution-focused strategies. This allows me to remain flexible and responsive, adjusting our work together based on your goals, strengths, and current needs rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a supportive, structured session focused on understanding what changes they’re facing and what feels most important right now. We’ll begin identifying practical coping skills and strategies you can start using right away to help manage stress, transitions, and daily challenges.

My goal is for you to leave feeling clearer, supported, and equipped with tools you can build on moving forward.
