Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Gaby, an LCSW with a Doctorate in Social Work and over 5 years of experience helping adults and couples work through anxiety, trauma, relationship struggles, and major life transitions. I combine clinical training with real-world experience, and I meet you exactly where you are, no judgment, no pressure to have it all figured out. Therapy with me is a space to slow down, be honest, and reconnect with yourself.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, relational, and person-centered. The relationship we build together is the foundation of the work. I listen closely, ask thoughtful questions, and adapt to what you need rather than following a script. Expect honesty, empathy, and a space where you feel truly understood.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a conversation, not an interrogation. We'll talk about what's bringing you in and what you're hoping to change. You set the pace. By the end, you'll have a clear sense of how I work and a starting point for our sessions ahead. Most clients leave feeling heard, and a little lighter already.
