Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Gaby, an LCSW with a Doctorate in Social Work and over 5 years of experience supporting adults and couples through anxiety, trauma, relationship struggles, and major life transitions. I blend strong clinical training with real world experience and meet you exactly where you are, with no judgment or pressure to have it all figured out. Together we create space to slow down, be honest, and gently reconnect with yourself.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, relational, and person centered, and our connection is the foundation of the work. I listen closely, ask thoughtful questions, and adapt to what you need instead of following a rigid script. In our sessions, you can expect honesty, empathy, and collaboration, along with a space that feels safe, steady, and truly attuned to you.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a conversation, not an interrogation. We will talk about what is bringing you in, what feels most urgent, and what you are hoping to change over time. You get to set the pace and the level of detail you share. By the end, you will have a clearer sense of how I work, next steps for therapy, and many clients leave feeling heard, validated, and a little lighter.
