Great to meet you!

With over 20 years in the mental health field, I bring both clinical experience and real-life understanding into the therapy room. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s in Social Work and previously held certification as an Alcohol and Other Drug Counselor (CADC). Throughout my career, I’ve worked in community mental health, inpatient treatment, and private practice — experiences that have shaped my grounded, compassionate approach.

I work with teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, addiction, and life transitions. My style is warm, collaborative, and culturally attuned. I believe therapy works best when you feel safe enough to be honest, challenged enough to grow, and supported enough to keep going.

Whether this is your first time in therapy or you’re returning after a break, my goal is to create a space where you feel truly seen and empowered in your healing.

At this time, I am providing individual therapy sessions only.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and centered around you. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all model — your story, culture, and lived experiences matter. I draw from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and trauma-informed care to create a plan that truly fits your needs.

I strive to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can slow down, explore what’s weighing on you, and feel supported in the process. Together, we’ll build insight, strengthen coping skills, and develop practical tools to help you move toward healing, resilience, and meaningful change.

At this time, I am providing individual therapy sessions only.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions feeling truly heard, supported, and better equipped to navigate life’s challenges. In our work together, we’ll build deeper insight, strengthen practical coping tools, and uncover the strengths you may not even realize you already have. My goal is for you to walk away feeling more empowered, grounded, and confident in your ability to move forward with clarity and intention.

At this time, I am providing individual therapy sessions only.
