Great to meet you!

I am a bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s degree in Social Work and over 20 years of experience in community mental health, inpatient treatment, and private practice. I support teens and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, addiction, relationship concerns, and life transitions. My approach is warm, culturally sensitive, and collaborative. My goal is to provide a safe space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to create meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs, culture, and experiences. I use evidence-based practices, including CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care, to help you gain insight, strengthen coping skills, and create meaningful change in a safe, nonjudgmental space.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and explore what led you to seek support. There is no pressure to share everything at once—we will move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and hopeful about the next steps.
