Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor trained in couples therapy, sex therapy, trauma, attachment dynamics, and non-traditional relationship structures; including polyamory, ENM, and relationship renegotiation. My work is centered on helping individuals and couples navigate the real, raw, and often complicated emotional territory that relationships bring to the surface: infidelity, disconnection, communication breakdowns, intimacy issues, and the desire to grow without losing yourself.

Clients often describe me as intuitive, grounding, and direct in a way that feels safe. I name patterns with clarity, hold space with compassion, and support you in understanding not only what is happening, but why it keeps happening emotionally, relationally, and psychologically. I draw from trauma-informed practices, attachment theory, EFT, and depth-oriented reflection to help clients create meaningful, lasting change.

Above all, I help you reconnect with your power, your truth, and your ability to create relationships that feel aligned, respectful, and deeply fulfilling.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, emotionally attuned, and insight-oriented, but also structured enough to help you move forward. I balance compassion with directness. I’m not a passive therapist; I’m engaged, curious, and invested in helping you understand the deeper emotional patterns driving your behavior, choices, and relationships.

In sessions, I focus on: Attachment patterns and how they shape your reactions and needs. Trauma-informed care that honors your experiences and protects your nervous system. Emotionally focused and relational approaches to understand cycles between partners. Exploring identity, boundaries, power, and vulnerability. Helping you break generational patterns and internal narratives that no longer serve you

I meet you with deep presence, but I also gently challenge you when it matters. My goal is to help you feel more self-aware, emotionally regulated, empowered, and connected; to yourself and to the people you care about.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a space to slow down, feel understood, and begin making sense of what brought you here. I guide you through a reflective conversation where we explore your history, relationship patterns, symptoms, and goals. Clients often tell me that even the first session feels clarifying and grounding. You can expect: A warm, calm, nonjudgmental environment, space to talk honestly about what you’re struggling with. Gentle but direct questions to help uncover underlying patterns. A clear sense of what we’ll work on and how. Initial insight into the emotional dynamics at play. A collaborative plan for our next steps.

I want you to leave the first session feeling seen, understood, and more in control of your therapeutic journey, not overwhelmed, pressured, or rushed. My goal is for you to walk out with a sense of relief, clarity, and hope.
