My approach to therapy

She approaches therapy from evidence-based psychology theories and adds a Christian perspective which allows patients to benefit from both psychology and spiritual growth. She combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Attachment Theory and Christian Counseling. She is also well versed in career exploration and job-search skills.

She uses a combination of supportive counseling and vocational assessments.
