Great to meet you!

Welcome! I’m a licensed clinical psychologist based in Southern California.

My clinical experience includes working with adults navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, stress and terminal illnesses.

I take a warm, collaborative, and insight-oriented approach — helping clients better understand themselves, build emotional resilience, and move toward a more balanced and fulfilling life.

In therapy, I focus on creating a grounded space where you can explore what’s been weighing on you at a pace that feels comfortable. My goal is to help you feel more connected, understood, and empowered to make meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

You don’t have to have it all figured out before starting therapy. I’ll meet you where you are and help you navigate the challenges that bring you here, with warmth, curiosity, and respect.

My goal is for every client to leave therapy feeling the authenticity and respect that I hold for their unique story, resilience, and capacity for growth.

What you can expect from me

The first session is about connection — giving you space to share your story and begin feeling what it’s like to work together. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out; we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you.
