Great to meet you!

If you're struggling with anxiety, depression, eating disorders, family conflict, grief, stress, or relationship challenges, you're not alone. I work with adolescents, adults, and older adults who feel overwhelmed, stuck in negative patterns, disconnected from themselves, or uncertain about how to move forward. Whether you're navigating a difficult life transition, managing overwhelming emotions, or working to improve relationships, therapy can provide a space for healing and growth.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), I believe meaningful change happens when clients feel safe, understood, and supported. My goal is to create a warm, collaborative environment where you can openly explore challenges, build on your strengths, and develop healthier ways of coping. Together, we'll work toward helping you feel more balanced, confident, and connected to the life you want to create.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and person-centered. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Positive Psychology, Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFBT), Motivational Interviewing, Strength-Based Therapy, and trauma-informed approaches.

I believe therapy should be both supportive and practical. Together, we'll explore the connection between thoughts, emotions, behaviors, relationships, and life experiences while developing tools to manage stress, regulate emotions, improve self-esteem, and strengthen relationships. My goal is to help clients build insight, resilience, and confidence while creating meaningful, sustainable change that aligns with their values and goals.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a welcoming, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, respected, and encouraged throughout the therapy process. During our work together, we'll identify your goals, explore challenges, and create practical strategies that help you move forward with greater confidence.

Many clients leave therapy with stronger coping skills, healthier relationships, improved emotional regulation, increased self-awareness, and a greater sense of hope. Whether you're facing anxiety, depression, grief, eating disorder recovery, family stress, or life transitions, my goal is to help you feel empowered, supported, and capable of creating lasting change.
