Great to meet you!

Meet Dr. Gabriella Greco, DO Board Certified Psychiatrist | Founder of Good Psychiatry PLLC

I’m Dr. Gabriella Greco, a board-certified psychiatrist with over a decade of experience helping adolescents and adults navigate life’s most challenging mental health concerns. I take a patient centered, evidence-based approach that emphasizes compassion, collaboration, and personalized care.

I completed my medical training in osteopathic medicine and specialize in the treatment of mood disorders, anxiety, trauma related conditions, ADHD, and substance use disorders.

In my practice, I strive to create a safe, respectful space where we can work together to understand your symptoms, explore your story, and develop a treatment plan that works for your unique needs. This may include therapy, medication, lifestyle changes, or a combination of these tools.

I currently offer psychiatric care through telehealth in Connecticut and New York, making access to high quality mental health care more flexible and convenient. I welcome individuals from all backgrounds and am especially passionate about supporting those who may have felt unheard or misunderstood in previous treatment settings.

My approach to therapy

My approach to providing care is rooted in compassion, collaboration, and evidence based practices. I believe that every individual has unique experiences and needs, so I work closely with my patients to develop personalized treatment plans that combine therapy, medication management, and lifestyle changes as needed. I emphasize creating a safe and respectful environment where honest communication and trust are central to our therapeutic relationship. Together, we explore your story, understand your symptoms, and build a path forward that supports both immediate relief and long-term wellness.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to feel better, more understood, more empowered, and more equipped to manage what they are going through. My goal is for each session to provide relief, clarity, and a sense of progress. You will leave with practical tools, new insights, and a deeper understanding of yourself. Whether we are working through anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, or something else, I will meet you where you are and help guide you toward where you want to be. I believe in real conversations, not just checklists, and in building a strong, trusting relationship where you feel genuinely supported.
