Great to meet you!

I became a Marriage and Family Therapist because I believe that our relationships, with others and with ourselves, are at the heart of everything. I specialize in relationship issues, anxiety, and depression, and work with individual adults and couples.

Prior to private practice, I worked in community mental health at a nonprofit, an experience that deeply shaped my commitment to compassionate, accessible care. I studied Psychology as an undergraduate and went on to earn my Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy from the California School of Professional Psychology.

My approach to therapy

My approach draws from emotionally focused therapy, psychodynamic theory, parts work, narrative therapy, and family systems. The goal is insight and a more honest relationship with yourself and the people you love.

What you can expect from me

The first session is really about you. I spend most of our time together listening and getting to know you, your story, and what brought you here. It takes strength to schedule that first appointment, and I don't take that lightly.

My goal is simple: I want you to leave feeling heard and understood. From there, we'll get a sense of what you're hoping to work on and begin building the foundation for our work together.
