Great to meet you!
I became a Marriage and Family Therapist because I believe that our relationships, with others and with ourselves, are at the heart of everything. I specialize in relationship issues, anxiety, and depression, and work with individual adults and couples.
Prior to private practice, I worked in community mental health at a nonprofit, an experience that deeply shaped my commitment to compassionate, accessible care. I studied Psychology as an undergraduate and went on to earn my Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy from the California School of Professional Psychology.
