Great to meet you!

I’m a therapist dedicated to supporting individuals as they navigate life’s challenges and work toward meaningful change. My background includes training in evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness practices. I also take an eclectic, person-centered, and strengths-based approach, tailoring therapy to fit each client’s unique needs.

I have experience working with individuals facing anxiety, depression, life transitions, as well as infertility and postpartum challenges. My goal is to create a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you feel supported, understood, and empowered to grow. I believe that healing looks different for everyone, and I’m here to walk alongside you in that process.

My approach to therapy

Life is both meaningful and challenging, and each of us experiences moments of joy alongside times that feel heavy or uncertain. Therapy offers a space to explore new ways of coping, healing, and growing. In our work together, I incorporate CBT, ACT, and mindfulness, along with an eclectic, person-centered, and strengths-based approach to meet you where you are. You deserve kindness and understanding through every season, and I would be honored to hold space for you as you nurture your whole self.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to connect and start building a foundation for our work together. We’ll discuss what’s bringing you in, your goals, and any questions you have about therapy.

I aim to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where you feel comfortable and supported. We’ll move at your pace while beginning to identify goals and next steps that feel right for you.
