Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor dedicated to supporting adolescents, young adults, and adults as they navigate life's challenges and pursue meaningful personal growth. I earned my Master of Science in Clinical Counseling from Villanova University and my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Rutgers University.

I have experience helping clients manage anxiety, depression, stress, and the emotional challenges that accompany major life transitions. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed by daily responsibilities, struggling with self-doubt, navigating relationship difficulties, adjusting to changes in school, work, or family life, or simply feeling stuck, I provide a supportive space to process your experiences and develop effective coping strategies. My goal is to help clients better understand themselves, build confidence, improve emotional well-being, and create meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each individual's unique needs. I strive to meet clients where they are emotionally, mentally, and spiritually while creating a safe, supportive environment where they feel heard, understood, and empowered. Together, we work to build insight, strengthen resilience, and develop practical skills that foster lasting change.

I utilize evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Psychodynamic (Psychoanalytic informed) Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy to help clients develop healthier thought patterns, strengthen emotional resilience, and move toward a more balanced and fulfilling life.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will be a casual conversation where clients can be as expressive as they would like to be. I will have basic background questions to ask, with the intent of leaving time for clients to add additional information they think is best I know for our future framework. Gather all necessary goals: personal, social, relational, and professional. I will explain confidentiality, what you can expect from me, and my hopes for our future work.
