Great to meet you!

Aside from the basics of where I studied, worked, or which treatment approaches I use, I would want a prospective client to know that I am on your side. Healing is hard. You deserve to feel better and have healthier relationships so let's just start already. I will lead with kindness and gentle nudges--but I won't do it for you. Your success is your own and I'll be alongside you as we tackle the pains.

My approach to therapy

I believe healing happens within relationships, whether that's human to human or human to horse. I hold clients accountable and highlight the cycles they're stuck in that cause anxiety, defeat, tension, and overall dissatisfaction. I use techniques borrowed from CBT, DBT, ACT, Strengths-based, trauma focused, and Eagala.

What you can expect from me

My hope is that clients leave sessions feeling lighter and open to the possibilities of change.
