Great to meet you!

I’m Gabrielle Bunch, a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in Texas. I earned my Master’s in Counseling and Development with a specialization in Marriage, Family, and Couples Counseling. I am currently pursuing my PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision. I specialize in supporting children, teens, couples, and families through challenges related to anxiety, trauma, and communication. I offer virtual therapy that is accessible, personal, and focused on fostering genuine connection and growth.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each client’s needs. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Family Systems, and Motivational Interviewing to help clients gain insight, develop healthy coping skills, and strengthen relationships. I believe progress happens when clients feel genuinely heard and supported, so I focus on building trust and creating a safe, judgment-free space. Together, we work toward meaningful change—one step at a time.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, clients can expect a relaxed, supportive space to share what brings them to therapy and what they hope to gain from it. We’ll talk through your goals, background, and any immediate concerns so I can get a clear picture of your needs. My goal is to help you feel comfortable, understood, and confident about the next steps in your therapy journey.
