Great to meet you!

Seeking therapy is a courageous step, and I’m here to meet you exactly where you are. I specialize in working with adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, and the complex emotions that come with everyday life. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I believe everybody deserves dignity and respect. I have several years of experience helping teens, adults, and families navigate a variety of challenges ranging from anxiety and depression to trauma and grief.

My approach to therapy

My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental (virtual) space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to take steps toward meaningful change. In our work together, I’ll tailor my approach to your unique needs, drawing from evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and more. I aim to gently challenge and support you as you grow, heal, and reconnect with your goals and values.

What you can expect from me

Therapy can be heavy and hard but it can also be fun. In each session, you can expect to feel seen, heard, and empowered.
