Great to meet you!

Hello and welcome! I’m Gabrielle, a licensed professional counselor dedicated to helping individuals define and cultivate a life worth living. Since beginning my clinical practice in 2021, I have honed my skills in providing compassionate and effective therapy, particularly for justice-involved individuals and their families.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in working with men navigating complex issues such as infidelity, substance abuse, impulse control, relational violence, and difficulties with emotional regulation. My approach is tailored to meet the specific needs of those “behaving badly.” I hold people in a compassionate container while they do the hard work of excavating their inner lives so they can discover and understand the underlying factors contributing to their actions and navigate the path towards deeper fulfilment.

What you can expect from me

My therapeutic style is warm and empathetic, emphasizing collaboration and accountability. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is foundational to healing, and I strive to create an environment where clients feel safe, understood, and valued. Together, we will work to identify your goals and develop practical strategies to achieve them, fostering personal growth and a deeper understanding of oneself.
