Great to meet you!

Welcome! I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with experience supporting individuals navigating stress, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I have worked in a variety of clinical and veteran-focused settings, which has shaped my understanding of how life experiences impact mental health. I am passionate about creating a space where you feel seen, heard, and respected. My goal is to meet you where you are and help you move toward the life you want.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your unique needs. I draw from evidence-based practices while also focusing on your strengths and personal experiences. Together, we will explore what's working, what’s not, and create realistic goals that feel meaningful to you. I believe therapy should feel supportive, not overwhelming.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will focus on getting to know you—your story, your goals, and what brought you to therapy. You can expect a welcoming, nonjudgmental space where you can share at your own pace. We will begin identifying what you would like to work on and discuss a plan that feels comfortable and achievable. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard and supported.
